When In Palm Springs...

I recently discovered that Palm Springs is still a hotbed for wonderful fetish fashion.

Located in the heart of Palm Springs is Gear Leather, a fetish clothing and gift store that has always had a loyal following.  The store is within walking distance to many a gay club and restaurant.  Leather,  fetish wear, toys, furniture, and all the "educational videos" you could possibly need can be found here in the middle of town.
Remember that this shop is for the kinky folk and for those who uphold a healthy view of gay male sexuality.  Those of you who are under the age of 18 can just backtrack and check out the newest music download.

Check out Gear Leather on their website:   www.gearleather.com

Lighten up for the summertime....

Time to lighten up for the summertime with a bit of color and highlights.  An easy way to decide if you look better with warm or cool tones is to decide whether you look better in gold or silver jewelry.  Gold means you look better in warm tones, and silver helps decide that you look better in cool tones.
Also, stop by Cobblestone Salon and ask for a free color consultation.  That way, you have ample time to talk and ask questions about transforming from your natural color to a color that will still flatter your skin tones, eye color, and personality!

Bring it on, Ballard!

Settende Mai!

May 17th, Norwegian Constitution Day, was a fantastic opportunity to meet all the neighbors here in Ballard!  I was even able to squeeze in a few haircuts before the parade began at 6PM.  The Nordic people know how to throw a party...

Start of Week 3!

Come on in to Cobblestone Salon this week for your next professional cut!

Bring it on, Ballard!

This week has been quite an adjustment period.  Locals are beginning to see the salon open during later hours, but they seem to be hesitant to come in.  Probably because they are all such shy people...no, that can't be it.

All I can say is that I am a damn good stylist, ready to cut some hair.

So...bring in on, Ballard!  Y'all have enough money to buy drinks for happy hour.  You need to look sexy with a brand new cut and style when you are out cocktailing in the neighborhood.  Y'all have money for flower bouquets at the Ballard Market on Sundays...how about trying to look just as beautiful as those fresh cut flowers and have me give you a sensational hairstyle!

Now that we are open later hours during most of the week, we are becoming more visible, available, and accommodating to our guests.  I am here, Ballard!  All that I am missing is YOU...

Bring it on, Ballard!

My schedule at Cobblestone Salon

I am cutting hair at the salon Wednesday through Saturday from  9am to 5pm, with Sunday availability from noon until 5pm.  You may schedule your appointment by calling my cell at 206.321.0911 or by emailing me at gabrielbarber71@gmail.com.

I spent my first week at Cobblestone working on clients and visiting many of the locals here in Ballard.  Market street is full of lively restaurants, pubs, and retail shops.  Meeting people here is extremely easy because of these core businesses.

The Ballard Market brings in hundreds of people every Sunday.  My mind started to reel at the possibilities of how to get new guests to Cobblestone.  One passerby said that I should have a booth at the market every week.  What a brilliant idea she has!

Looking forward to seeing all of you in Ballard.

Ballard is a great neighborhood, a hip area of Seattle with a lively music and cultural scene. The diversity in the neighborhood guarantees that this will be a great place to work. I invite you to drop by and visit.

The Cobblestone Salon is on a number of bus routes, routes 17, 18, 44, and 46. A quick drive from the University area. And parking in Ballard is never a problem.

To make an appointment, contact me at gabrielbarber71@gmail.com.

I look forward to seeing you at Cobblestone Salon.
