May 17th, Norwegian Constitution Day, was a fantastic opportunity to meet all the neighbors here in Ballard!  I was even able to squeeze in a few haircuts before the parade began at 6PM.  The Nordic people know how to throw a party...

This week has been quite an adjustment period.  Locals are beginning to see the salon open during later hours, but they seem to be hesitant to come in.  Probably because they are all such shy people...no, that can't be it.

All I can say is that I am a damn good stylist, ready to cut some hair.

So...bring in on, Ballard!  Y'all have enough money to buy drinks for happy hour.  You need to look sexy with a brand new cut and style when you are out cocktailing in the neighborhood.  Y'all have money for flower bouquets at the Ballard Market on Sundays...how about trying to look just as beautiful as those fresh cut flowers and have me give you a sensational hairstyle!

Now that we are open later hours during most of the week, we are becoming more visible, available, and accommodating to our guests.  I am here, Ballard!  All that I am missing is YOU...
